Sally’s idea of of modern gaming is still Ms. Pac-Man (and even THAT is a stretch). But for those of you whose toddler poured the contents of his sippy cup on your xBox 360, check out this groovy idea.
Blue World Aquariums upcycled an xBox 360 into a casing for a fully functional saltwater aquarium, complete with live corals, fish, crabs, snails, and shrimp. We are so impressed.
We wonder if this is the perfect use for our old Commodore 64.
Why buy the Cow?
Did your mother ask “Why would he buy the cow when he can get the milk for free?” Sally’s did too.
We’ll don’t worry anymore because the folks at Insignificant Fish have put the coin drop for payment right out front for the world to see.
These light up coin drop belt buckles make it clear that you’re not free –just cheap.

What fantastic treasure of a costume did you make this year?
Sally went as a cowgirl, AGAIN this year, and we at UpCycleSally.com haven’t truly loved a costume since our 3rd grade robot made from a cardboard box with an ice cream bucket head and dryer vent arms. Sally wishes she had made this gorgeous Marie Antoinette gown from all things upcycled –cell phone batteries to ink cartridges and dry cleaning bags— and so do we. We have a whole year to plan…
What are you going to UpCycle for next year?
